A wreck on Sharon Grove Road in Todd County sent an Elkton man to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff Tracy White says 37-year-old Dustin Settle was eastbound when his truck ran off the road and overturned.
Settle was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for his injuries.
The crash happened near Paul J Wright Road just before 2 pm.
