The Cadiz Cruise-in will return to the downtown Cadiz area Saturday, April 2, with the first event to honor a longtime participant and include some new features.
Cruise-in organizer Barbara Jones says this year’s kickoff will honor Billy Ezell, who was a special part of the cruise-ins for many years.
