First District State Senator Jason Howell says he is pleased with two laws with hopefully spur the growth of the workforce and provide more educational opportunities for children.
Senator Howell says the Kentucky General Assembly overrode Governor Andy Beshear’s veto of House Bill 4 last week, with the legislation aimed at getting Kentuckians back in the workforce.
