An Oak Grove man was charged with possession of drugs and public intoxication in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 48-year-old Rodney Adams was found by officers under the influence of an unknown substance.
As they attempted to arrest him, he reportedly would not comply with the officer’s commands and was found to have meth in his wallet.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
