A well-known Christian County educator will be the next Head of School at University Heights Academy.
The UHA Board of Directors announced Thursday they have chosen Tonya Oakley as Head of School for the 2022-23 school year. Oakley formerly served as Principal of Indian Hills Elementary School. She is well-known for her career in education. Oakley is a graduate of Trigg County High School and Murray State University.
UHA Head of School Beth Unfried says she will begin working with Oakley to ensure a smooth transition in leadership. Oakley will officially begin her duties at UHA in June.
The UHA Board says they excited about the future and confident the tradition of excellence at UHA will continue.
