A Hopkinsville man was charged Wednesday morning with theft after he failed to pay for work done to a vehicle.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say on March 23rd 28-year-old Kevin Okum failed to pay for labor after having someone work on a Dodge truck.
He was arrested and charged with theft by failure to make the required disposition of property.
