A Cadiz man was charged with DUI after a single-vehicle wreck in Princeton Sunday morning.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison says officers responded to the intersection of Legion Drive and Robertson Way shortly after 10:30 a.m. and made contact with the driver 25-year old Christopher C. Ray.
Assistant Chief Allison reports an investigation revealed Ray was traveling west on Legion Drive when his car ran off the road and hit a traffic sign. He says an investigation determined that Ray was under the influence of intoxicants.
Ray was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence 1st offense.
