A Cadiz man was charged after he led law enforcement on a pursuit in Trigg County Monday morning.
Cadiz Police say they attempted to stop 27-year-old Tyler Figueroa on D.J. Everett Drive due to an investigation into a domestic assault on Cornus Road and he fled.
He reportedly turned onto North Montgomery Road and then Cadiz Mill Road before stopping when he saw other responding deputies in front of him.
Police say Figueroa had to be forcefully removed from the truck and then put in handcuffs. He is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of a suspended license, reckless driving, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
