Hopkinsville Rotary Kicks Off 72nd Auction With Successful First Night

The Hopkinsville Rotary Club is off to a great start with the 72nd annual auction at the Memorial building.

During the first night, Monday Rotarians sold 91 items to raise $7,453. Combined with $1,416 of sales in the diner and sweet shop and hour and goat club contributions of $134,953, the first night brought in $143,822. The first night total exceeded 2021 by more than $77,700.

Auction Chairman Andrew Wilson says everyone is welcome to stop by the Memorial building each night this week to be a part of the annual fundraiser.
