The deadline is fast approaching to nominate someone to be honored as a part of the Cadiz Hometown Heroes banner project.
The project will feature banners that will hang on street lights in downtown Cadiz honoring a hometown hero. The project was proposed to Cadiz City Council by Trigg County Magistrate Mike Wright following a summer vacation.
