A man that was reportedly found sleeping in a vehicle on Eagle Way in a parking lot in Hopkinsville was charged with possession of drugs Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they received a call of a suspicious person sleeping in a vehicle at a Hopkinsville car lot and found 47-year-old
John Smith of Hopkinsville.
Smith reportedly told police it was not his vehicle and he was tired and got into the vehicle to sleep.
Police say a glass smoking device with a white crystal substance was found in his pocket along with meth in his wallet.
He is charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
