A five vehicle wreck on Country Club Lane at the intersection of Lafayette Road sent one person to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck was eastbound on Country Club Lane when it struck a westbound SUV and then hit a westbound car behind the SUV pushing it off the roadway.
The truck went on to hit an SUV in front of it and then a third SUV that was behind the car before coming to a stop.
A passenger in the car was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries.
The crash happened just before 6 pm.
