Funeral services for 25-year-old Stephanie Lynn Guinn, of Hopkinsville, will be at 10 o'clock Friday morning at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4-7 o'clock Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Survivors include:
A mother, Sherri Henderson Guinn, of Hopkinsville;
A father, Roger Guinn (Lisa) of Cadiz;
Two sisters, Heather Guinn-Wilson and Ashley Nicole Tejada, both of Hopkinsville;
A grandmother, Geneva Guinn, of Cadiz;
Three nieces and one nephew.
