An Elkton man and a Sharon Grove woman were charged after a report of shots fired on Duke Street at College Street in Elkton Wednesday night.
Elkton Police say they were called to the area just before 11 pm after shots were fired during a disturbance between 23-year-old Alfrey “Rodolfo” Rodriquez and 35-year-old Crystal Parker.
They were both arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
