More than 100 banners celebrating Hometown Heroes will be on display this summer as a part of the inaugural Hometown Heroes program.
Cadiz Renaissance on Main Director Ryan Clark says the response from veteran and military members and their families to purchase Hometown Hero banners has been better than expected.

click to download audioHometown Hero banners were available for purchase at a cost of $50 each during the month of April. Clark says they plan for the project to take place annually. He says after the banners hang in downtown Cadiz during the summer the veterans or the families can take the banners home or the city of Cadiz can save them for next year.
