Several motions were addressed in Christian Circuit Court Tuesday morning in the murder case against a Hopkinsville man charged in a 2019 shooting on McHenry Street.
Robert Torian III is scheduled to go to trial later this month in connection to the fatal shooting of Terrell Moore after the two men got into an argument inside a vehicle on McHenry Street in August 2018.
Torian and his attorney James Chamberlain, along with Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Boling, appeared before Judge Andrew Self to address several motions filed by the defense. Chamberlain said one of the last outstanding issues is connected to car keys that were indicated in the officer’s report that was collected and not put into evidence.

Chamberlain also addressed a motion filed prohibiting the Commonwealth from using Torian’s behavior noted by officers that he was nervous during the interview process.
