Three suspects charged in connection to the fatal shooting of a Hopkinsville man in October will be back in Christian Circuit Court for another hearing in September.
25-year old Cortez Hairston, Jr. was indicted in April on one count of murder in the shooting of 23-year old Adrian Acree on October 26, 2021 on Jones Street. 23-year old Dekorian Daniel and 24-year old Jalia Sherrod, who are accused of helping plan the fatal shooting, were both indicted for complicity to murder.
In Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning, attorneys for the three suspects and Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Boling appeared for a brief pretrial conference with the availability of discovery discussed.
