Two men have been charged after two stolen vehicles were recovered in Christian County on Thursday.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a 1997 Ford F150 pickup that was stolen in Lafayette was found on Shiloh Church Road.
The suspect in the investigation 24-year-old William Petrin was reportedly located on a motorcycle on Princeton Road and admitted to the theft. He was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking along with traffic charges.
In a separate investigation, deputies were called to Crofton-Dawson Road for a stolen 2013 Chevy Tahoe that was taken out of Todd County and located the SUV on Old Palestine Road.
Deputies say when they attempted to stop the vehicle the driver 23-year-old Eddie Juckett fled but came to a stop after a short pursuit.
Juckett was arrested and charged with fleeing or evading police, receiving stolen property, and driving without a license.
