A Hopkinsville man was charged after he was found inside of a home on East 1st Street in Hopkinsville during a burglary investigation Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the home after the owner arrived and found lights on and could hear a male’s voice inside the home.
38-year-old Adrion Pollard was reportedly located by a law enforcement K9 inside of a closet in the home. Police say the home had been ransacked and Pollard was wearing the owner’s clothing.
He reportedly told police someone left the back door open for him so he could come in and sleep. He is charged with second-degree burglary.
