A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after being arrested on outstanding warrants Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Rashad Coker was a passenger in a vehicle they had stopped on South Virginia Street and during the traffic stop he was found to have two active warrants for probation violation.
After a search of a backpack that was between Coker’s feet meth was reportedly found inside of a homemade plastic smoking device.
He is charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
