Two Charged After Todd County Disturbance Report

Two men have been charged after a report of a violation of a domestic violence order in Todd County Wednesday morning.

Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called for Carlton Goodin who was beating on the back door and throwing things on his ex-girlfriend’s porch who had an active domestic violence order against him.

Goodin reportedly fled to the home across the road and when law enforcement talked with a man at the home Adam Wilson he denied seeing Goodin.

Deputies were reportedly able to track Goodin’s phone to Wilson’s address and he was located hiding behind a cabinet in the rear of Wilson’s residence.

Deputies say during the investigation, inside Wilson’s home multiple unsecured firearms as well as suspected marijuana in a child’s bedroom were found.

Wilson was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, possession of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Goodin was also arrested and charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, and he was found to have two outstanding bench warrants.
