Amendment Two Could Add Abortion Language To Constitution

Kentucky voters will decide on whether to add language to the Kentucky constitution concerning abortions and public funding by voting yes or no on constitutional amendment number two during next Tuesday’s general election.

Retired 56th Circuit Judge C. A. Woodall discussed the amendments with the News Edge and says amendment number two allows voters to choose whether language concerning abortions will become part of the state constitution.
