Another pretrial conference was set in order to hear a motion to modify the bond in an Oak Grove murder case.
Tyron Holt is charged with complicity to murder in the Oak Grove fatal shooting of 18-year old Gailon Toler of Clarksville.
Holt’s attorney, Munroe Graham asked Judge Andrew Self to continue the case until next month to hear a motion filed by Holt requesting his bond be modified.

Holt was initially indicted by a Christian County grand jury on one count of murder but during a hearing in September, Boling said he was willing to modify the indictment to complicity to murder based upon the facts of the case that witnesses did not place the gun in Holt’s hands.
Oak Grove Police said the victim, Toler, was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside of a mobile home on Tyler Street just after 2:00 the morning of May 22nd.
