A Hopkinsville man was charged after he allegedly assaulted a woman with a gun on Camilla Drive in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 45-year-old Carlos Hatcher got upset with his girlfriend over some text messages and hit her with a loaded gun and then held it to her genitals.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault domestic violence and first-degree wanton endangerment.
