Former Lyon County Judge Executive Taking On New Role

Former Lyon County Judge-Executive Wade White is stepping into a new role. Farmers Bank announced Wednesday that White has joined its banking team.

Marketing Director Tiffany Massey said White is a well-known community leader that brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their organization to help the bank serve their customers and their unique needs and circumstances.

Bank President and CEO Jeff McDaniels stated in a release that they are excited to be able to add someone with White’s connections and leadership experience to their team. McDaniels went on to say he has known White for many years, and he has always been impressed with his natural ability to connect with people and his success in building teams. He says they feel White will be a great fit into their culture and will only add to the bank’s efforts to serve the local area through its commitment to community involvement and their local decision-making challenges.

Former Judge-Executive White stated that Farmers Bank is providing him an exciting opportunity to continue to serve the community. During his time as judge-executive, he noted, Farmers Bank donated some great equipment for the kids at Lee S. Jones Park and worked hand-in-hand with him to secure financing to immediately address tornado damage. He said Farmers Bank has shown a commitment to our community, and he “is anxious to join their team.”

White will be joining the bank full-time the first week of the new year.

Farmers Bank and Trust Company is headquartered in Princeton and offers a full range of modern banking solutions, with full-service offices located in Caldwell and Lyon counties, as well as loan production offices in Murray and Bowling Green.
