A Hopkinsville man was charged with rape after an incident Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say the man engaged in sexual intercourse with a woman who was not able to give consent due to being on medication.
He was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree rape incapable of consent-physically helpless.
