A man was charged with possession of drugs after being arrested on a warrant in Hopkinsville Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 30-year-old Cody Sarnacki was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and while at the jail he started digging in his pocket and attempting to eat suspected meth.
He was stopped in the suspected meth was taken from him and logged as evidence. Sarnacki is charged with second-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of meth.
