Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville woman that was injured when her vehicle struck a home on Winchester Drive in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 45-year-old Roberta Allen was on Millbrooke Drive when a medical issue caused her to lose control of her vehicle.
The vehicle traveled down Millview Court hitting a mailbox, and an AT&T utility box, then jumped an embankment before traveling through a fence and hitting the back of a home on Winchester Drive.
She was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
No one inside the home was injured. The crash happened just before 8 a.m.
