Crippling financial struggles continue to plague Bed Bath & Beyond, which announced Thursday morning an additional 149 stores would be closing in the coming weeks.
CNN Business reports the closures come a week after the company announced it was shuttering 87 other stores. The latest round is among 400 total closures for the company, which includes 5 buybuy Baby locations and the remaining Harmon Face Value stores.
The locations at 2829 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in Clarksville and at 5187 Hinkleville Road in Paducah, are among the closing stores.
The Paducah store is the only Kentucky location on the latest list. While the Clarksville store will be joined by other Tennessee stores in Jackson, Hermitage, Madison, and Knoxville.
When the closures are complete, there will only be about 360 Bed Bath & Beyond stores in operation, down from its peak in 2017 of 1,552.
