A Christian County man was charged with possession of drugs after being arrested on a warrant Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they found 40-year-old Bobbie Dupin sitting on a bench at the Rails to Trails Park near Bethel Street around 3 am.
While he was being told about the time the Park is open police reportedly found him to have an active warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge.
He was arrested and admitted to having a needle with meth inside along with a bag containing meth. Dupin is was charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
