Out Of State Realtor License Bill Passes Kentucky House

Legislation requiring out of state realtors to have a Kentucky real estate license is headed to the Kentucky Senate after passing the House of Representatives Friday, February 17.

Ninth District State Representative Myron Dossett says House Bill 62 was filed to help alleviate a problem with out of state realtors selling property and taking advantage of homeowners.
