Trial Delayed Again In McHenry Street Murder Case

A Hopkinsville man charged with murder who has seen his trial date delayed a half-dozen times in two years saw his trial moved yet again during an appearance in Christian County Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.

Robert Torian III is charged with the 2019 fatal shooting of Terrell Moore after the two men got into an argument inside a vehicle on McHenry Street.

Torian’s case was scheduled to go to trial March 13, but Judge Andrew Self stated with the appointment of Stephanie Bolen as the Commonwealth’s Attorney, it’s not viable to think she would be ready for trial that soon.
