Kentucky Historian To Visit Trigg Historical Society

Sam Terry, IV

The Trigg County Historical Society is continuing its recent tradition of hosting monthly meetings featuring interesting speakers, with the next meeting coming up Tuesday.

Trigg County Historical Society President Bob Brame tells Your News Edge that Sam Terry, IV, a historian, author, and speaker, from Barren County, will visit Tuesday evening at 6:00.

His presentation will be about ‘Twelve Kentuckians That Everyone Should Know,’ which Terry says the stories come from his blog, Sam Terry’s Kentucky.

If you have been to one of Terry’s presentations before, you may learn about others that were not included in that program.

As for other Trigg County Historical Society meetings, Brame says they are continuing to invite guests that have interesting things to share.

Tuesday’s meeting will take place at the Trigg County Historical & Preservation Society at 41 Jefferson Street in Cadiz, behind the Trigg County Justice Center.
