A traffic stop on Madisonville Road for a license plate not illuminated led to drug charges for a man Tuesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. John Quarles says 30-year-old Robert Jackson gave conflicting stories on where he was coming from.
Law enforcement K9 Zico was reportedly used to walk around the vehicle and he had a change in his behavior around the passenger side.
Deputies reportedly noticed a large bulge in Jackson’s pants that was not previously there and they allegedly found 15 grams of a crystal substance consistent with meth and a container of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested and charged with the rear license plate not being illuminated, failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation, and trafficking meth.
