An owner of a top retail location for the Kentucky Lottery is retiring from the business and was celebrated Thursday.
In a special visit with WKDZ, Kentucky Lottery CEO Mary Harville thanked Julie Bryant, owner of Pal’s of Oak Grove.
Bryant, in her nineteen-year ownership of the store, continued the store’s lottery tradition.
Bryant adds she’s had great customers over the years.
Both Harville and Bryant have seen growth with the Kentucky Lottery over the last couple of decades.
Kentucky Lottery proceeds benefit college students across the Commonwealth and the mission has only continued to grow under the leadership of Harville.
She says they are continually looking for ways to keep raising funds for education.
