A traffic stop on Good Hope Cemetery Road led to drug charges for two women Thursday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they stopped 22-year-old Latoni Fortune and 21- year-old Chrishonna Burns for speeding and found them to be in possession of marijuana and cocaine.
They were both arrested with Burns being charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana, trafficking cocaine, first-degree promoting contraband, and tampering with physical evidence.
Fortune was charged with speeding, rear license not illuminated, failure to maintain required insurance, possession of marijuana, and trafficking cocaine.
