A wreck on US 68 in Trigg County sent a man to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a westbound truck ran off the road near the Fenton Boat Ramp and overturned.
The driver had to be cut from his vehicle by the Trigg County Rescue Squad before he was taken by Trigg County EMS to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for a head injury.
The crash happened just after 3 pm.
