A woman was reported missing in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Christian County Emergency Management says 39-year-old Jayme Wagner was last seen Monday night around 7 p.m. at Western State Hospital.
She is described as a female, weighing 170 pounds, with green eyes, partially gray hair, and a mole over her left eyebrow.
She was last seen wearing burgundy sweatpants, black sneakers, and a dark oversized coat.
She is reportedly diagnosed with schizophrenia and could be also in the area of Bowling Green.
Authorities ask if you have any information on her whereabouts to call Kentucky State Police Post 2 at 270-676-3313.
