Kentucky’s Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman announced Saturday afternoon that she’ll be paying a visit to Christian County Sunday afternoon — in order to tour and survey storm damage before reporting back to the Capitol.
Beginning at 1:15 PM from the Christian County Judge-Executive Office, Coleman will be accompanied by Jerry Gilliam, Hopkinsville Mayor James R. Knight Jr., Kentucky Emergency Management Area Manager Patrick Hardesty and other noted local officials.
Brief media availability will take place on the front steps, in the event power has not yet been restored to the building.
The office is located at 216 West Seventh Street, Suite A, in Hopkinsville.
