A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard sent a man to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from East 21st Street and collided with a car exiting a parking lot.
The driver of the truck was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
The crash happened just after 1 p.m.
