A Cadiz man was severely injured in a wreck on Rockcastle Road neat the Kamptown RV Resort Saturday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say a southbound car driven by 48-year-old Wayne Pawlowski crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a truck driven by 31-year-old Matthew Moore of Anderson, South Carolina.
Pawlowski was extricated from his vehicle by the Trigg County Rescue Squad and then taken to a waiting helicopter to transport him to a hospital for severe injuries.
The crash happened just before 6 pm.
