The City of Hopkinsville’s budget is reflective of how well businesses are doing post covid. At Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, Chief Financial Officer, Melissa Clayton reviewed the monthly budget numbers, saying they are nearly one million dollars over budgeted collections for Payroll and Property Taxes.
