Trigg County Solid Waste is collecting waste tires Thursday and Friday through the semi-annual tire amnesty program.
Trigg County Solid Waste Coordinator Jesse Thomas says they are taking a wide variety of farm, agriculture, and homeowner tires through the program.

click to download audioTires can be dropped off at the Trigg County Road Garage on old Highway 68 Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. Trigg County Jailer James Hughes and a crew from Christian County Jail assist with unloading and loading the tires.
