Hopkinsville Kiwanis held its annual spring meeting Thursday night in the War Memorial Building, presenting scholarships to choice high school students and offering a pair of donations to non-profit organizations.
Key Club Scholarship recipients from Hopkinsville High School are Carly Chaudoin, Faith Folz, Allie Fort, Alexis Haskins, Bailey Kington and Spencer Powell. For University Heights Academy, Mallory Aldridge and Kate Bennett were tabbed.
A $1,250 donation is headed out to both Men 2 Be and Lipstick After Dark, as each continue to grow following impassioned beginnings for Christian County’s youth.
Lindsey Crosby and Nichelle “Niecy” Hillis were also inducted as new members of the club.
