Though rain dampened the first half of Saturday’s gathering in the West Cadiz Park, more than 150 people came and went from the 2023 Little River Festival — which saw live music from “Classy & Grassy,” “The Mis-Fits,” “The Tennessee River Boys” and “Elvis” by Steve Warren.
Heavy rains were expected in the late afternoon, but never came.
