A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday night for being a fugitive from another state in connection to a rental vehicle he did not return.
Hopkinsville Police say 54-year-old Gary Fletcher rented a box truck on December 30th, 2022 in Clarksville and was supposed to return the vehicle on January 2nd but did not.
It was later found that he was arrested in the truck on a warrant by Nashville Metro Police Department on January 12th and the truck had been impounded.
Fletcher was arrested Tuesday by Hopkinsville Police and charged with being a fugitive from another state in connection to the failure to return rental vehicle charge in Clarksville.
