A celebration of life for 59-year-old Angela Raye Mullally Gilbert, of Herndon, will be held at a later date in Alabama.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Her father, Willie Mullally, of Morgan City, Louisiana;
Her husband, Byron Gilber of Herndon;
Her son, Billy Michael Gilbert (Jodie) of Lineville, Alabama;
Two daughters, Tiffany Hicks (Jeff) of Birmingham, Alabama and Amanda Stanley (JD) of Herndon;
Three brothers, Terry Daigle, Kerry Daigle, and Thomas “Manny” Ackman, Jr. (Sandy), all of Morgan City, Louisiana;
A sister, Penny Galloway (Elmer) of Berwick, Louisiana;
And seven grandchildren.
She died Wednesday, May 10, 2023, of natural causes at her home.
She was born on June 19, 1963, in Morgan City, Louisiana to Willie Mullally and the late Noella Keller Ackman. Angela was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her, stepfather, Thomas Ackman Sr.; her sisters, Deborah Hughes, and Lisa Ackman.
