A Florida woman was injured in a wreck on Interstate 24 in Trigg County Monday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says Rebecca Fields was westbound when she attempted to change lanes and struck a car driven by Aimee Wright of Wisconsin.
Fields vehicle then struck the cable barriers before coming to a stop. Fields was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for face and back injuries.
Wright was treated at the scene for minor injuries. The crash happened at the 61 mile marker just after 1 p.m.
