With a successful annual Taco Dinner and a generous donation from the Hopkinsville Rotary Club, the Hopkinsville Salvation Army is ready to send 60 children to camp this summer.
Lieutenant Lindsey Galabeas tells Your News Edge the Hopkinsville Rotary Club gave them $11,000 during the 2023 rotary auction.
Galabeas says the camp will occur near Burkesville, Kentucky at the grounds of Camp Paradise Valley, a Salvation Army property.
