Funeral services for 69-year-old Peggy Dixon Marlowe, of Trigg County, will be 2 PM Tuesday, May 30, at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Caldwell Blue Spring Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 4 PM Monday.
Survivors include:
Husband of 52 years, Ray Marlowe, of Trigg County;
Son, Nick (Tori) Marlowe, of Trigg County;
Daughter, Rheanne (Troy) Brummett, of Princeton;
Sister, Patsy (Wesley) Wallace, of Cadiz;
and six grandchildren.
She died at 4:05 PM Friday, May 26, 2023, in the Princeton Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born September 25, 1953, in Cadiz, Marlowe was the daughter of the late Cecil E. Dixon and Henrietta Dixon P’Pool (née Rogers).
She was a 1971 graduate of Trigg County High School. She worked as a beautician in Cadiz for several years before moving on to Trigg County Hospital, where she was employed in the administration office, and later to the office of the Trigg County Board of Education.
She was a longtime member of Caldwell Blue Spring Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting and gardening — especially flowers — and swimming with the grandkids, who loved and adored her as their “Nana.”
